Sales Supervisor supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone or mail. Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques. Being a Sales Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in business. Typically reports to a manager. The Sales Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. - Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basisExperience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in technology sales is a plus
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable, especially for serving diverse customer base
