May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with greater than 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Sales Representative, Sr. (Pharmaceuticals) is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.     Sparta Sales is expanding our team in Indianapolis and we are seeking motivated and professional Sales Representatives!

    ​Qualifications and Desired Skills:

    • Must be able work work Monday to Friday, 12-7 pm or part-time (3 weekdays per week from 12-7 pm)
    • Results-driven with a strong work ethic
    • Willingness to develop new skills and demonstrate a growth mindset
    • Energetic, outgoing, and possess excellent customer service skills
    • Strong listening and communication skills, professional manner, good attitude, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
    • Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is an asset, but not required

    Responsibilities:

    • Acquire new donors through face to face meetings
    • Update client database with accurate customer profiles
    • Perform basic administrative duties
    • Seek out and engage with potential prospects
    • Attend daily board meetings
    • Develop creative marketing strategy on behalf of client campaigns
    • Maintain relationships with existing donors
    • Process gifts of various amounts
