Sales Representative - Licensed conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Being a Sales Representative - Licensed maintains a broad understanding and detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's characteristics and benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Additionally, Sales Representative - Licensed may require a bachelor's degree. Completion of the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contract Limited Representative qualification exam and any required state licensing is required. Also requires completion of the FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and any state licensing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sales Representative - Licensed work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Outside Sales Representative
The Outside Sales Representatives are the most crucial part of Constellation’s sales process. They are the first point of contact with prospects, making them the face of the company. This position provides vital information to potential clients about the benefits of choosing Constellation Energy. This is a full-time, face-to-face, B2B sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission with an earnings potential of $75,000 a year.

Qualifications

- Outside sales experience & Energy knowledge preferred but not required
- Willing to drive from business to business
Work Schedule
- Full-time – 8 hours a day
- Monday to Friday with weekend work available
- Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
