Sales Representative - Licensed conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Being a Sales Representative - Licensed maintains a broad understanding and detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's characteristics and benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Additionally, Sales Representative - Licensed may require a bachelor's degree. Completion of the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contract Limited Representative qualification exam and any required state licensing is required. Also requires completion of the FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and any state licensing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sales Representative - Licensed work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Duties:
-Greet and assist customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in agriculture and construction equipment
- Strong knowledge of CDK or similar CRM software
- Bilingual preferred not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
