Sales Representative - Licensed conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Being a Sales Representative - Licensed maintains a broad understanding and detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's characteristics and benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Additionally, Sales Representative - Licensed may require a bachelor's degree. Completion of the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contract Limited Representative qualification exam and any required state licensing is required. Also requires completion of the FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and any state licensing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sales Representative - Licensed work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Kin Insurance is seeking Licensed Sales Representatives to join our growing Operations Team! As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by connecting with homeowners and promoting our insurance products.
In this role, you have the opportunity to connect with individuals to provide important consultation for not only their home insurance needs but also other products such as auto and flood insurance. Best of all, this role requires no cold calling; you will receive qualified leads that are brought in from our Marketing team. You will help to develop the best policies to protect the insured’s home alongside building customized quotes to ensure they receive the best service possible.
Your flexibility allows you to work one Saturday shift every 4-6 weeks and to work either of the following shifts: 8am-5pm (CST) or 9am-6pm (CST)
Shift times will be assigned based on need. 9am - 6pm (CST) is highly preferred.
