    Position Overview: We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our sales team. This role involves following our proven sales process, engaging in diverse clinical environments, managing key accounts, and achieving targeted sales results. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth across private practice and healthcare systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the sales process, build accounts from the ground up, and contribute to the success of our dynamic startup.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with marketing and product development through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Execution of Sales Strategy:

    • Deliver and exceed key performance metrics and goals.
    • Regularly assess performance against targets, proactively taking corrective action as needed.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key customers and accounts.
    • Uphold excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process.
    • Collaborate closely with the customer support team to promptly address customer concerns and inquiries.

    Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Contribute to accurate sales forecasts and execute on leads, developing individual targets.
    • Provide regular and insightful sales reports to senior management.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in sales roles within the medical device consumables industry.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare market, clinical medical device sales, and value analysis committee processes.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to execute successful sales strategies.
    • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
    • Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to evolve into a Commercial Leadership role.
