CL&D has a great opportunity for a Sales Coordinator in Rock Hill, SC.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for processing customer sales orders, shipping requests, production estimates, and orders confirmations in the business enterprise software.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
• Enter shipping requests, production estimates, and customer confirmations in our business enterprise software.
• Maintain precise pricing information in the system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members to process work and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations regarding product supply, quality, cost, and service.
• Serve as a secondary contact for mid-size to larger customer accounts, supporting the Account Manager in maintaining strong relationships.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic filing systems for orders and records.
• Develop a basic understanding of materials and manufacturing processes for our products.
• Adhere to workflow procedures, consistency, and accuracy in applying business systems, scheduling, and shipping documentation.
• Support the Account Services Team as needed with purchase order entries and project facilitation.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve quality, performance, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications and Abilities

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Outlook software programs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle various situations with limited standardization.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
