Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Promotions Coordinator to join our team. As a Promotions Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Duties: - Develop and implement promotional strategies to support marketing objectives - Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and merchandise - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of promotions - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns - Assist in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content - Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in promotions and marketing Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field - Proven experience in promotions or marketing role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Proficient in marketing automation tools and platforms - Knowledge of e-commerce principles and strategies - Familiarity with market research techniques and methodologies - Experience in advertising and content marketing - Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media marketing platforms - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
