Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice is a full service, not-for-profit Visiting Nurse Association committed to providing high quality, medically-necessary home health and hospice care to all central Vermonters, regardless of a person’s ability to pay. In addition, we promote the general welfare of all central Vermonters with health promotion, long term care, and maternal-and-child health services.

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist with public flu, COVID and foot care services.
• Provide in-home services and office work. Specifically, this could include, in-home vaccinations, private pay clients receiving in-home nursing care, and clinical assessments for Med waiver clients. 
• Coordinate COVID vaccinations for home health clients and staff. To include screening, scheduling, and management of clinical records and required reporting.

  Requirements  

• VT Licensed LPN or RN 
• Valid driver’s license
