We are seeking an experienced RV Sales Manager to oversee our sales staff. The ideal sales manager needs to have deep experience with the entire sales process including consignments, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. You will also be responsible for training sales representatives. Our ideal candidate will have at least five years of sales management experience preferably in the RV industry, and the ability to coach, advise, and motivate while building our already successful business
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Train and oversee our team of RV salespeople
· Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed their goals
· Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
· Ability to think quickly to answer customer questions and issues or concerns when required
· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and providing positive feedback
· Lead weekly sales meetings with the sales staff
· Manage our CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
· Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
· Compile regular reports for dealership general management staff to review
· Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications
· 5 years of experience in a sales or management role at a dealership
