Sales Manager manages the sales teams and supporting operations required to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Manager conducts long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals and uses data to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Monitors the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop action plans for expanding and retaining the customer base. Additionally, Sales Manager uses customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds and develops effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and training. Participates in meetings, presentations, and demos to support or close strategic or high-value sales. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. - Manage the front desk and serve as a friendly first point of contact for visitors and customers
- Manage social media marketing and maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform general clerical duties
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain an organized office environment

- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Must have social media marketing experience
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial and payroll management tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- High level of professionalism and discretion
