Implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Manager conducts long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals and uses data to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Monitors the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop action plans for expanding and retaining the customer base. Territory Manager is responsible for selling and merchandising of products in designated stores assigned to their territory. Help build displays and help with store resets.

Essential Job Functions
Communicate clearly with clients, retailers and buyers regarding the product, i.e. prices, quantity, warranty, etc.
Insure that products are in stock and properly displayed in assigned accounts.
Maintain promotional displays
Work Back Stock on every store visit
When working on back stock focus on promotional items running from basic shelf
Communicate with Sales Manager on any Out of Stock or ordering issues
Insure that proper pricing signs are in place on all products represented.
Help with Store Resets (some Neighbor Island Travel Required)
Skills and Competency Requirements
Ability to detect changes and damages in products.
Can communicate clearly with clients and customers.
Must have good command of the English language, both orally and written.
Must have good analytical skills.
Must be a licensed driver and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Physical requirements
Must be able to work while standing for extended periods of time.
Must be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 30lbs.
Qualifications/Licenses/Certificates
High School education /GED required
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based applications.
