Our fast-growing Casper-based law firm group is looking for a motivated and motivating Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and build on our revenue and growth strategy. Are you an energetic leader with exceptional business and relationship-building skills who loves tackling new challenges? Do you have at least five years of sales and marketing experience? • As a director, you should be a skilled leader of people and committed to making sure you and your direct reports consistently hit your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• As a salesperson, you should be eager to meet new people, network with other businesses, build referral relationships and overcome objections from potential new clients (PNCs).
