You execute and innovate daily operational procedures. You're a people leader: You channel Vera Bradley's core values to motivate and inspire your team. You hold your team accountable to Vera Bradley's best-in-class customer service standards. You have an eye for talent: You assist the General Store Manager in recruiting and hiring strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs. You take pride in training and developing your team to become the best Vera Bradley brand ambassadors. You’ve got integrity! You are reliable, uphold Vera Bradley’s core values and adhere to company policies and procedures. YOU’D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF… You’re a people person! You have 1 years of prior retail management experience or proven Vera Bradley management ability. You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing and peak business needs. You’re at least 18 years of age. You’re a high school graduate (or equivalent).
