Auto Center Sales & Service is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy delership.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, mail and packages

- Support all dealership departments with various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM, QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively

- PC literate.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.29 - $22.03 per hour
