Job Summary:
In this Analyst position, you will be responsible for working with our senior loan originators, operations teams, top clients, and credit management. You will be involved in the entire loan process. This will include but not be limited to prospect calling, relationship management, performing the initial analysis and deal structuring of large prospective transaction opportunities and working with prospective customers to collect required deal documents and conditions. Every day will be different, and you will be challenged to think critically about prospective loan opportunities by spreading property financials, analyzing valuations, evaluating cash flows and deal profitability, calling on and working with top real estate operators, mortgage bankers, and learning about market trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You’ll be an invaluable part of the team, working with some of the most talented originators and mortgage bankers in the country. You’ll become an expert on all things single family and multifamily investment property related, from large single family rental portfolio’s, to build for rent developments, to multifamily value add projects. You’ll be analyzing the most important loan opportunities that cross our desks, from some of the most accomplished real estate investors in the country.
