Position Summary:

The Analyst Sales is responsible for providing System support, Item Set-up, Maintenance & Management and researching and solving sourcing issues to support to the West BU Team. This position will be responsible for maintaining Product Menus, Sourcing Rules, Route Authorization Contracts, and General System Support. This role will be responsible for executing New Product setups accurately and timely.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Sales Systems

• BBU Route Authorization Contracts
• Addition of New item setups - including verifications
• Assist Master Files with set-up of items and tray counts
• Removal of deleted items or conversion
• Clean-up of Route Authorization Lists
• Research Sourcing, Route Contracts, Menus, etc.
• Pre & Post Holiday Maintenance work - Menus, Offsets, Closes, etc.
• Communication to Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution Teams for system changes and upcoming process changes

• Supports Director of Sales for Sales Systems support and improvement.
• Supports Manufacturing & Distribution Teams for Product Sourcing and Setups
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted for education.
• Ideal candidate will possess:
• 1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics. DSD experience. 3 years is a plus.
• Experiencing working directly with Cross Functional Groups
• Must have strong Project Management acumen.
• Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.
• Proficient in System related tools, AS400 & Central Data Base preferred
• Proficient in BBU systems such Margin Miner & Micro Strategies preferred.
• Travel is minimal
