Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Sales Analyst typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. This includes reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting. In this role, you will: The work done by a Customer Senior Analyst is not only critically important for the success of the field sales team, but is also the first step to developing a deep understanding of sales in general. As a Customer Senior Analyst you will support the sales team by gathering, analyzing and reporting on sales-related data. This will give you the opportunity to develop a knowledge of the business and also give you face-to-face time with key stakeholders within the business. You will also be responsible for portfolio management across the four brands that this desk covers. You will assist with but not be solely responsible for forecasting and budgeting as well. Lastly, you will own a broad range of communications out to not only the business unit but external stakeholders as well.
