As a key member of our team, you will:

• Foster strong business partnerships and provide invaluable business insights through comprehensive financial analysis and strategic guidance for assigned area.
• Lead the financial forecasting process on a rolling basis, ensuring accuracy and reliability to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare compelling business cases to support key initiatives and investment opportunities, facilitating strategic decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to address emerging business needs and drive actionable insights.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports to give stakeholders clear visibility into our performance and progress.
• Drive the financial planning process, including budgeting and strategic planning, to align with organizational goals and objectives.

To excel as our FP&A Manager, you’ll need:

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Capability in challenging financial assumptions with a strong business acumen, ensuring sustainability in uncertain business cases
