Sales Analysis Manager jobs in Missouri
Sales Analysis Manager is responsible for managing sales analysis teams, projects, research, and statistical studies to ensure effective sales execution and achievement of growth objectives. Manages the administration of CRM and other systems. Being a Sales Analysis Manager analyzes and evaluates sales metrics, goals, and performance. Develops reporting and analytics that support planning and forecasting. Additionally, Sales Analysis Manager may plan and organize training on systems and tools for sales teams. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Project Manager-Balance will lead or assist in the balancing of Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, and Generators, focusing on hands-on involvement.
Requirements
- Collaborate with hourly workforce for task completion with minimal direction.
- Execute production plans prioritizing Safety and Quality.
- Prepare drawings and process instructions.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
- Operate and troubleshoot PLC systems.
- Contribute as a team member in mechanical assemblies.
- Supervise, operate, and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Perform the balancing of power generation equipment.
Preferrd Qualifications:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to apply knowledge to hands-on solutions.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Availability for night and weekend work as required.
- Effective team collaboration skills.
