Sales Administration Director develops and directs the sales data analysis function to deliver reporting and tools to sales teams and management that ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Deploys CRM and other systems to manage customer and activity data. Being a Sales Administration Director develops monitoring and methodologies to analyze sales metrics and to provide insights, support decisions, and highlight areas for process improvement. Directs research efforts to understand market conditions and competitors. Additionally, Sales Administration Director may enable training activities that will ensure sales teams understand and effectively utilize systems and reporting resources. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Sales Administration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and ethical Director of Finance and Administration with strong leadership skills to enhance the efficiency of our organization's financial and administrative operations.

    The ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of successful financial management and operational leadership and who aligns with the company values to be driven by Customer Focus, Innovative Continuous Improvement, Empowered Accountability, Fiscal Responsibility, Concrete Results, and Team Collaboration.

    The position is based out of our Waynesboro, PA facility, and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage financial and administrative operations, including technical general and manufacturing cost accounting, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, revenue management, financial statement preparation, accrual accounting, account reconciliation, and cash flow analysis.
    • Develop and implement administrative and financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, best practices, and risk mitigation.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, recommending improvements for financial performance.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with business support vendors while maintaining corporate relationships.
    • Plan and implement short- and long-term organizational strategies to maximize office operational efficiencies.
    • Regularly evaluate support functions, updating processes and procedures as necessary.
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Manage the organization's investment portfolio, making recommendations for optimizing returns.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Lead internal financial audit processes.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline financial operations.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent field.
    • Proven leadership experience in HR, administration, technical accounting, and public accounting.
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, revenue management, financial statement preparation, accrual accounting, account reconciliation, and cash flow analysis.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multinational team effectively.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
    • 5 years of experience in business management at the executive level (required).
    • 10 years of experience in treasury, accounting, and financial leadership (required).

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
