Sales Administration Director develops and directs the sales data analysis function to deliver reporting and tools to sales teams and management that ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Deploys CRM and other systems to manage customer and activity data. Reporting to the Sr. Associate Dean for Finance & Administration in the School of Medicine (SoM) and to the Sr. Associate Dean for Research, the position is responsible for administrative and financial management for the research mission in the School of Medicine. They will provide senior-level counsel and operational support to the Sr. Associate Deans and SoM Department Administrators with the purpose of ensuring that the research administrative, operational and financial services are provided in the most efficient and effective manner and with the highest integrity.
Under the direction of the Sr. Associate Dean for Research, assist in the development and implementation of strategic planning efforts for the research mission including the development of implementation plans and outcome measures. This position will act as liaison between all research programs, SoM, CRO, Provost, etc. to represent and coordinate the needs and interest of research administration from Chairs and DA’s in the SoM in coordination with the SAD for Research.
