Sales Administration Director develops and directs the sales data analysis function to deliver reporting and tools to sales teams and management that ensure effective sales execution and the achievement of growth objectives. Deploys CRM and other systems to manage customer and activity data. Duties/Responsibilities:
· Maintain organization’s administrative policies and procedures and perform related duties as assigned.
Finance:
· Finance P&L analysis, cash flow forecasting
· Provides financial information and forecasting reports to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
· Accounts receivable (AR) – Ensure customer invoices are distributed in a timely manner, PO balances are current, and communicated to sales team. Maintain AR reports and payments and conduct collection.
· Accounts Payable (AP) – Ensure invoices are reviewed, entered, and processed for on time payment.
· Manage new vendors and record necessary information for annual 1099 distributions
HR:
· Manages entire employee experience, from the moment an individual applies to a position, to onboarding, employment, and separation.
· Manage employee compensation and Employee Benefits
· Collaborates with other management staff to review and execute the annual Open Enrollment
· Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization.
· Ensures organizations compliance with applicable employment laws
· Develops, directs, and coordinate the implementation of employment law (updates), goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards

· Thorough understanding of, or ability to learn quickly, payroll and accounting system(s), recordkeeping systems, management information systems, and related protocols used in the organization.

Education and Experience:
