We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who knows how to build relationships to help us expand our reach in the markets we serve. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and customer success to generate new business opportunities and convert customers. This role reports to the Marketing Director and is part of the marketing business function. This is a fast-paced and demanding role with high visibility within the company.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
· Develop target lists of potential customers.
· Conduct outbound prospecting using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
· Qualify inbound leads.
· Develop a pipeline of leads to nurture.
· Manage leads in pipeline by setting appointments, following-up on leads, and tracking progress toward conversion targets.
· Coordinate meetings with Account Executives
· Adjust messaging and/or tactics based upon conversion rates or feedback from Account Executives and leadership.
· Conduct and track all business activities in Salesforce
QUALIFICATIONS
· A strong interest in a selling role
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
