Safety Representative outlines and implements training programs to educate and inform workforce on work safety, environmental safety, and accident prevention regulations and procedures. Develops and distributes educational materials including videos, guides, and posters. Being a Safety Representative tracks and documents accidents to understand causes and recommend changes to prevent future accidents. Performs inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processes recommending corrections or additional precautions to ensure compliance to established regulations. Additionally, Safety Representative has a broad and current knowledge of all government and applicable industry safety regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Safety Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Summary: Member Service Representatives supports the Member Services Department in all locations by providing support and assistance with training on products offered by the organization to our clients.

Requires knowledge and understanding of English grammar, and basic computer skills. High school education or equivalent required including 1 – 3 years’ experience in the area of member service. Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, days and times vary depending on office schedule. Occasionally one Saturday a quarter for training and development is required. Overtime may be required. Travel is required.
