**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Manager to oversee that materials are ordered and received for each project. This individual will also oversee OSHA Compliance and Fire Safety.

**Duties:**

- Oversee all processes and procedures for Inbound operations including Receiving, Inventory Control, and Logistics

- Be the main point of contact for Ordering or Receiving related issues pertaining to item tracking or PO discrepancies

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

- Oversee the unloading of delivery trucks so that materials can be easily located when needed

- Assist in the development of project organization programs to improve workflow throughout the manufacturing process

- Pick up materials and parts throughout the work day as needed from local suppliers and vendors

- Coordinate the outbound shipment of completed projects with customers and trucking companies

- Maintain occupational health standards in the workplace

- Assist in the development of safety programs and conduct scheduled monthly safety meetings

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in order management or a similar role within the manufacturing industry

- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to see the “big picture” and identify/forecast developing issues

- Ability to drive change and continuous improvement

- Strong verbal and written communication, including public presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Drivers license and clean driving record

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
