American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand and we proudly build all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for a Director of Marketing to become an integral part of our operations. 

We are currently seeking a passionate Director of Marketing to lead our accomplished in-house marketing team. Previous experience in the firearms industry is highly preferred. This role requires creativity, leadership, and the ability to adapt and prosper in a fast-moving, collaborative marketing environment. You will partner closely with Product teams, Community Marketing, and our internal Brand Creative and Content team to drive the business and the brand across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an internal marketing team in support of all sales channels
• Develop and own marketing strategy across digital, social, print, and events in conjunction with sales channel leads
• Work closely with internal and external assets to build a content strategy and content calendar
• Utilize ASANA to manage internal projects
• Provide creative direction on internal and external content shoots, as well as print materials and digital advertising
• Successful development and management of annual marketing budget
• Manage and develop content budget
• Negotiate with vendors / talent / contractors to reach project goals
• Oversee and manage SHOT show scope and quarterly event marketing strategy
• Establish and find strategic OEM and Influencer marketing partnerships
• Manage and oversee ambassador portfolio
• Manage ecommerce strategy, digital merchandising, and DTC Strategy
• Collaborate with internal team to story board content ideas
• Work with 3rd party contractors for additional production needs and assistance

Qualifications:

• 3 -  5 years’ experience leading a marketing department and traditional direct-to-consumer, and traditional retail marketing teams
• Firearms industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience managing BigCommerce, or Shopify ecomm solutions
• Adept at working cross-functionally with teams and disciplines
• Experience in tracking and executing within assigned project timelines and parameters
• Ability to clearly articulate strategic direction among multiple groups
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Skill in providing actionable team direction and feedback
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
• Proficient in managing budgets
• Strong attention to detail
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to communicate and present concepts in a clear and engaging manner
