The position is set in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and requires good problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Perform work in compliance with state and federal regulation and company policies and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Work within a team to ensure accuracy in processing of exception items from daily processing, reviewing customer forms and data received from various partner areas and processing of the nightly items that comprise the bank's cash letter.
Principal AccountabilitiesRepresent the Bank to both internal and external customers in a courteous, professional manner in face-to-face, written and telephone communications. Accountable for adherence to compliance standards including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), quality of documentation, timeliness and support of all back office processes that support the day-to-day processing of customers' deposit accounts. These items include mail processing, exception processing, transaction review and processing. Actively protect confidentiality of customer and account information.
