Safe Deposit Clerk serves safe deposit customers by opening accounts, providing authorized access, and responding to inquiries. Maintains billing and rental records for auditing. SUMMARY:
The Management Trainee is a targeted 6-month program committed to cultivating and developing future credit union leaders. The program is designed to challenge and grow individuals through a series of core components including on-the-job training, in-class training, branch/back-office shadow training, formal leadership classes, online learning portals, and other avenues for learning. The position is in place for highly self-motivated individuals to gain knowledge and firsthand experience in branch management. The individual must demonstrate a willingness to learn, excellent member service, great communicator (both verbal and written), leadership capabilities and the ability to be flexible. A professional team attitude is also required, as well as travel to any and all SAFE Federal Credit Union locations and branches. for this position.
Upon completion of the Management Trainee Program, this individual is required to apply for and accept any offered Management Positions within an hour drive from their home address.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education (GED) required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field from an accredited university highly preferred or 2 years minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents that are essential to each department of the credit union. Actively communicate through reports and email in effective and efficient manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with and effectively count American money. Some accounting experience would be expected but not required. Position also requires the ability to calculate discounts, interest and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
The ability to help employees solve problems and resolve issues with members.
