· Present Home Automation options and services to new homeowners

· Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner

Compensation: Uncapped commissions are paid weekly. The role is 100% commission and performance based. The average commission pay-out is $426 per package. The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month. Monthly sales bonuses range from $750-$2000 Above average performers represent 50% of our sales teams. Above average performers range from $71,000-$123,000.
