Saddle Stitch Operator jobs in New York

Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to:

• Facilitate on time and accurate delivery of wholesale customer orders
• Lead the routing and scheduling of all wholesale orders in compliance with vendor requirements; must have a clear understanding of retail/wholesale processes (start/cancel ship windows, ASNs, vendor portal, shortages/overages, chargeback awareness, etc.)
• Prepare shipment documents, commercial invoices, manifests etc.
• Ensure quality of product and accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments (carton counts, piece counts, packaging requirements)
• Order stickers, hang-tags, and other packaging in coordination with overseas factories
• Create UPC stickers and labels in compliance with customer orders
• Coordinate the shipping of samples to and from overseas factories
• Work across departments to resolve and identify improvement opportunities in workflow

Requirements

• 3 years of wholesale apparel industry and logistical management experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Ability to work effectively with all departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
