Position Overview

• Perform all duties in accordance with Can One SOP, Safety Rules and Safety Training
• Stop and Start Unit as necessary.
• Must be 18 Years or older
•  Able to stand, bend, twist,, reach, push, pull and regularly lift between 10-40 lbs
•  Stand at workstation for duration of scheduled shift
•  Ability to perform basic math
•  Ability to read, write, speak, interpret and understand the English language
•  Ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
•  Ability to work in varying climate and noise levels
• Perform machine setup, break down, cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication of various parts of the equipment.
• Perform machine setup, break down, and lubrication of various parts of the equipment.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Perform all necessary machine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Job related experience for 1-year(s) minimum
• Able to work in different temperature ranges
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
• Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.  Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

Pay Range
