As a Product Manager at Stitch Fix, you will play a pivotal role in shaping one of the highest priorities of our company - client experience. • Champion Innovative Product Ideas: Dive deep into understanding client needs and company objectives to define groundbreaking product ideas focused on enhancing client engagement and retention. • Lead Meaningful Discovery Work: Undertake thorough discovery work to uncover insights and identify solutions that address both client pain points and business challenges. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with Stitch Fix's mission.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand in hand with Design and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Applying Marty Cagan's emphasis on empowered product teams, you'll foster a collaborative environment where cross-functional partners collaborate closely, share insights, and iterate rapidly to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations and drive business outcomes.

• You have the right breadth of experience: 5 years of product manager experience with a strong focus on driving growth and engagement within the e-commerce sector.
• You are a strategic thinker: Demonstrated ability to build a compelling business case around an idea and effectively communicate your vision and rationale to cross-functional partners and executive leaders.
• You are a thoughtful collaborator: Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams, building relationships, and a deep understanding of how the business operates.
• Prioritization is important to you: Strong skill in ruthless prioritization, especially when faced with competing priorities, opportunities, and constraints.
• You possess strong technical & quantitative Skills: Exceptional technical and quantitative skills, including experience working with data science to make informed decisions.
• Of your strong product sense: A keen product sense and experience working closely with Product Design and UX teams to craft delightful user experiences.
• Bonus: Experience with early-stage product development, taking products from zero to one, is a plus.
