Requirements:

· Outstanding customer service acumen.

· Detail oriented and the ability to focus on several tasks simultaneously.

· Great knowledge of products and Triple Stitch capabilities.

Ability to track orders from Sales to finished product

· Ability to learn and master the Syncore system inside and out.

Job Descriptions:

· Master the customer service experience.

· Responding to quotes, proposals, and email follow ups immediately.

· Outstanding phone etiquette.

· Able to communicate between departments at Triple Stitch.

· Able to understand workflow at Triple Stitch and outside Vendors to expedite orders efficiently.

· Entering orders into the system and providing updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Impeccable time management skills.

· Outstanding communication skills.

· Detail oriented.

· Great verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
