Saddle Stitch Operator Assistant jobs in Casper, WY

We are seeking a person to assist the head operator in running our ever-growing smokehouse. This job entails making hams, bacons, smoked loins, jerky, snack stick, summer sausage, and similar products. The job will entail all steps, from production to packaging. The ideal candidate is someone with experience; however, on-the-job-training is provided if someone has limited experience. This is a highly technical position requiring a great deal of attention to detail, self-motivation and regulation, and extremely responsible in nature. Handling product and the corresponding USDA paperwork are oftentimes equal parts of the workday. Must be willing to keep meticulous records and fill out required paperwork appropriately.
