POSITION SUMMARY: Northeast Bank’s (NASDAQ: NBN) National Small Business Administration (“SBA”) Lending team is looking for a motivated and diligent Credit Manager to support its loan underwriting and closing functions. Northeast Bank utilizes a technology-based origination platform and collaborates with an established Lender Service Provider (“LSP”) to underwrite and close SBA 7a Small Loans. Northeast Bank has earned a reputation for providing creative and responsive lending solutions and is powered by an experienced team with a successful track record. The Credit Manager will be responsible for all duties required during the origination process including completing underwriting and closing due diligence items according to SBA Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) as well as making credit and closing decision recommendations.
