As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and interact with our client's via email, text, phone, and in person. Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Monitor, develop and execute our client service and client segmentation strategy.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure client requirements are met
- Help with our practice Marketing
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track client interactions and manage sales pipeline
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or technical sales
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks
