SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and manages banking relationships with small business customers to acquire new business, sell financial products and services and grow the portfolio. Prospects for new customers, upsell opportunities, and referrals. Being a SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with referral sources. Engages with existing customers to understand their financial needs and provide suggestions for products and services that benefit small businesses throughout the business cycle. Additionally, SB Financial Services Relationship Manager serves as point of contact and advocates for customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information. Maintains an in-depth understanding of product offerings and coordinates with other areas of the bank to upsell or deliver services to customers. Monitors and maintains assigned portfolio to ensure appropriate risk profile. Follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The SB Financial Services Relationship Manager occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a SB Financial Services Relationship Manager typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.   • Our Managers assist the General Manager with various restaurant responsibilities. Weekly duties may include: scheduling, inventory, ordering, planning, organizing, training and leading team members to provide the best service and quality Black Bear Diner is known for. Our goal is to always provide great food with friendly service but you will also help manage sales, labor costs, recruiting, employee retention, cleanliness, and sanitation.

    Understand all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs while supervising others to these standards.
    Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
    Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.

    Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
    Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

    Perform regular scheduled inventory counts and generate reports, as well as spot Inventory checks as may be required by General Manager.

    Assure neat and orderly inventory shelves though out the restaurant facility.
    Follow General Manager’s instruction on employment and termination decisions.
    Fill in where needed at FOH to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
    Fill in where needed at BOH to ensure food standards and efficient operations.
    Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
    Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
    Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
    Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.
    Under direction of General Manager, ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
    Assist General Manager to anticipate business activity and help ensure that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.
    Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
    Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
    Carry out restaurant marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns.
    Knowledge of Health Department requirements for the food service industry in California.
    Knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Laws and Regulations in California and within the municipalities of our specific restaurants.
    Assure that all Daily Reports are completed.
    Ensure that facility is kept clean inside and outside of the restaurant through personal inspection, and that all signage, artwork and lights are working and in excellent condition.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education: High School Diploma required.

    Experience – Internal Promote: Minimum of 6 months experience at Black Bear. External Hire: 2 years experience as Assistant Manager or 1 year experience as a manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Restaurant Manager training classes; must be ServSafe certified. Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to perform and understand basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); proven analytical skills; and good organization and planning skills. Is a self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility. Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications. Must possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and use personal vehicle for various duties and ability to travel to other restaurants/business locations as required. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.

    Physical Requirements – Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs; ability to move freely throughout the restaurant; ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle.
