Onsite Manager of PFS

Small hospital system in Eastern Montana is seeking a PFS Manager / Manager of Patient Financial Services. 5 years of Patient Financial Services Management level experience.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance preferred. Knowledge of Medical Billing and Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.

Epic EMR experience is preferred. Enjoy an excellent full-time / permanent position within a robust system in Beautiful Sought after Montana.

$70-81K / year. Sign-on bonus is being offered.

Job Duties of the PFS Manager :

• Responsible for the overall direction of hospital and clinic Patient Financial Services, including but not limited to insurance and self-pay billing, reimbursement, and collection processes.
• Manages team of direct reports in the Patient Financial Services department
• Participates in revenue cycle enhancement and acts as a subject matter expert on billing for other departments
• Researches best practices for denial and account resolution
• Determines and implements departmental processes and procedures in order to reach facility goals

Requirements for the Manager of Patient Financial Services :

• 5 years of Patient Financial Services Management level experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Billing and Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.
• Epic EMR experience is preferred.
