SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and manages banking relationships with small business customers to acquire new business, sell financial products and services and grow the portfolio. Prospects for new customers, upsell opportunities, and referrals. Being a SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with referral sources. Engages with existing customers to understand their financial needs and provide suggestions for products and services that benefit small businesses throughout the business cycle. Additionally, SB Financial Services Relationship Manager serves as point of contact and advocates for customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information. Maintains an in-depth understanding of product offerings and coordinates with other areas of the bank to upsell or deliver services to customers. Monitors and maintains assigned portfolio to ensure appropriate risk profile. Follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The SB Financial Services Relationship Manager occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a SB Financial Services Relationship Manager typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.     Operations Manager

    Reports to Director of Operations

    Major Function

    Organize, manage and perform the short and long term functions of managing the client experience, as well as the responsibility of all administrative duties pertaining to daily operation of a busy and fast paced Wealth Management practice. The ideal candidate will be kind, highly organized/detailed, enjoy working as part of a team and will possess a genuine desire to work with and help people.

    Duties

    • To greet clients on the phone and in person. To cheerfully and consistently perform the duties of “Gatekeeper”.
    • Organize, maintain and manage all Advisor calendars.
    • Organize and perform all administrative functions including incoming and outgoing client correspondence; maintaining files, books and records, preparing and processing deposits, daily client account notifications; etc.
    • Perform the majority of all client service operations on a daily basis.
    • Assist and prepare specific and targeted tasks alongside Director of Operations.
    • Coordinate daily office activities including purchase and maintenance of all office supplies and equipment. Perform and oversee routine office maintenance tasks including watering plants, maintaining coffee station, recycling and cleaning services.
    • Assist partners and advisors in preparing client presentations.
    • Become a Notary Public.

    General Requirements

    Educational: Minimum High School or equivalent; prefer college degree in related field

    Skills: Strong communication, detail oriented, computer, typing and math skills. Experience with Microsoft Office

    Experience: Minimum 2 years as administrative assistant or office management capacity.

    Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Mon. – Fri.

    Salary commensurate with experience with a 90 day initial performance review.
