SB Financial Services Relationship Manager develops and manages banking relationships with small business customers to acquire new business, sell financial products and services and grow the portfolio. The Business Relationship Manager - C&I is responsible for developing new commercial business member clients with a focus on Commercial & Industrial members only, while maintaining current relationships and growing referral networks. The Business Relationship Manager serves as the main point of contact to business owners and managers throughout the loan process, and is responsible for management of their individual portfolio of business member loans.
What you will do here:
Develops strategic sales plans within assigned territory. Networks and grows referral base by engaging in daily sales calls, maintaining active involvement in community events and organizations, and regularly attending branch meetings to present Business & Commercial Services products and services.
Manages individual portfolio of loan applications and files to ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and communication of disclosures. Provides financial information or documentation to meet portfolio monitoring and exception requirements. Ensures adherence of government regulations, requirements, and established quality control standards.
Builds and maintains excellent relationships and consistent communication with internal and external partners throughout all phases of the loan process. Keeps management and internal staff informed of the status of prospects, new business opportunities and referrals on a consistent basis.
Maintains expert knowledge of business products, services and documentation requirements for the suite of business loan products. Attends educational programs to further develop knowledge base.

What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
5 years of Commercial Lending experience to companies with revenues from $5M-$20M required.
1 years of Formal Credit Training experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of credit structure, lending practices, and financial statement analysis in order to identify trends and credit risk required.
Must possess the ability to work independently, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to organize/prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
AZ Driver License required.
