    What will you be doing?

    • Lead consulting engagements related to ESG and CSR across the financial services industry
    • Develop and implement ESG and CSR strategies and initiatives for financial institutions
    • Conduct ESG and CSR assessments and benchmarking
    • Develop and deliver ESG and CSR training programs for employees of financial institutions
    • Analyse and assess ESG and CSR risks and opportunities for financial institutions
    • Provide expertise and knowledge on a.o. the following ESG and CSR regulations and frameworks:
      • Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)
      • MIFID II ESG
      • Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
      • EU Taxonomy
      • Pillar 3
    • Support financial institutions in the implementation of ESG and CSR strategies and initiatives
    • Lead change and implementation projects a.o. SFDR, ESG MiFID, CSRD, etc.
    • Work collaboratively with clients to identify and analyse complex business challenges and opportunities
    • Develop and implement solutions to improve business performance and operational efficiency

     

    What do you bring to the table?

    This job is definitely something for you if you have:

    • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial services, consulting or related industry
    • A strong understanding of ESG and CSR issues and their impact on financial services industry
    • Experience in developing and implementing ESG and CSR strategies and initiatives for financial institutions
    • Experience in conducting ESG and CSR assessments and benchmarking for financial institutions
    • Experience in supporting financial institutions in the implementation of ESG and CSR strategies and initiatives
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
    • Strong leadership and project management skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
    • Professional certification in ESG or CSR
    • Knowledge of global ESG and CSR standards and frameworks, including the UN Global Compact, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
    • Experience with sustainability reporting and disclosure frameworks, such as GRI and SASB
    • Familiarity with impact investing and sustainable finance

    Expertise and knowledge of SFDR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3, and MIFID II ESG, and other relevant ESG and CSR regulations and frameworks
