Title: Sr. Project Manager SAP
Location: Newark NJ (remote with travel)
We are looking for an Sr. Project Manager to manage large SAP projects.
The ideal candidate should be detail oriented with Stage Gate PMO process.
Needs to be is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program.

Responsibilities:
Manage large SAP projects.
Manage projects from business case-to-implementation.
Project Management includes budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
Lead design workshops, assessments, and troubleshooting sessions.
Apply waterfall delivery methodologies, standards and tools.
Lead end-to-end technical fixes/implementation, including hardware installation, environment setup, production certification, software deployment, integration development, testing and deployment, data management, and vendor technical activities.
Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale IT Project Management environment.
10 Years of experience in large SAP Projects
Experience in Cyber Security.
Experience in PMO processes and Stage gate process.
Must have experience managing projects using metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.
Must have hands-on experience developing resource loaded schedules.
Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts.
Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously.
Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors.
Must have good experience identifying and managing risks.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
