What you’ll do

• Support RISE with SAP migration and modernization end to end projects.
• Support customers in cloud migrations, upgrades and S/4HANA adoption through the 3 transition paths.
• Strong consulting skills to address customer requirements from the technical PoV.
• Cloud mindset with hyperscaler competencies and experience.

Technical skills

• Technical migration, S/4HANA system conversion and upgrade planning & execution experience.
• SAP Basis Netweaver knowledge and hands on experience on installations, upgrades, OS/DB Migrations & unicode conversions.
• Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS or GCP) experience.
• Experience in performance tuning, system copies, user management, application security, authentication, sizing, scoping, landscape strategy, HANA HA & DR strategy, without supervision at transaction level.
• Fluent in Linux operating system and HANA database administration.
• Stays abreast with S/4HANA innovations and uses this knowledge to drive and promote the RISE with SAP strategy.
• Knowledge in SAP Activate methodology.
• S/4HANA & hyperscaler certifications.
• RISE with SAP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge in SAP Solution Manager or Cloud ALM is a plus.
• Experience in SAP BTP administration is a plus.

• 3 years of experience in cloud migrations, system conversions & upgrades.
• 2 full projects (can include technical, S/4HANA projects & upgrades).

• Strong customer and quality focus.
• Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in an ambidextrous way.
• Understanding and adherence to project methodologies.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ready to travel for assignments (short term and long term).
• University degree.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 68,800 - 156800(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
