ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Oversee Cart & Range staff.
• Ensure that the Outside Service needs of each guest are attended to.
• Welcome all guests to Dacotah Ridge Golf Club in a professional manner with the goal of creating a positive first impression.
• Assist players in teeing off on time.
• Inform players about local rules and the Clubs pace of play policy.
• Maintain an accurate tee sheet, noting changes in starting times, group pairings and cart usage.
• Range the course, politely informing players about their pace of play.
• Spread hospitality and goodwill to ensure that each guest has a positive experience.
• Identify all players to ensure that they are on the golf course legitimately and are following Club rules.
• Assist Outside Service staff and Professional staff as needed.
• Fill in at the Pro Shop as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Golf experience required.
• Outside Service operations experience a plus.

• Knowledge of golf operations.

• Working knowledge of personal computer, POS and tee time reservation system.

• Able to work in an outdoor environment.
• Able to work nights and weekends as required.

• Mobility throughout the facility.
• Able to bend and stoop frequently.
• Able to walk extensively.
