DESCRIPTION: The CeeNoKuu Café Cashier applies customer service standards. Processes multiple transactions pertaining to food and beverage charges. Reconciles cash drawer. Handles various amounts of currency, coin, coupons, and vouchers under close supervision.
Title 24: Non-Safety Sensitive Position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers.
· Incorporate safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices.
· Operates POS system in processing food and beverage charges.
· Handles multiple transactions with cash, credit cards, coupons, vouchers, comps, etc.
· Prepares daily sales reports and reconciliation statement for the vault.
· Interacts positively with customers by inquiring about their dining experience, satisfaction, answering any questions and providing casino information either in person or via telephone.
· Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing, or setting tables, being a team player, etc.
· Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services.
· Complies with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, MICS.
· Report and document all unusual occurrences.
· Attend all mandatory trainings.
· Must be able to lift 25lbs.
· All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
