Overview: Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic On-Site Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and ensure seamless booking experiences for our guests. This role involves managing both on-site and remote employees, creating a harmonious and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Reservation Operations:
   • Oversee day-to-day reservation activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
   • Manage online and phone reservations, making adjustments as needed to accommodate guest preferences.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Supervise and lead the reservations team, providing guidance and support.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on resort offerings and reservation procedures.
3. Remote Employee Management:
   • Effectively manage remote reservations team members, ensuring they meet performance standards and goals.
   • Facilitate communication and collaboration among on-site and remote team members.
4. Guest Relations:
   • Address guest inquiries and concerns related to reservations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
   • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
   • Generate reports on reservation metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
   • Implement strategies to optimize reservation processes and maximize revenue.

Physical Requirements:

1. Mobility:
   • Able to sit for extended periods of time.
   • Drive throughout the property as need.
2. Extended Computer Use:
   • Prolonged periods of computer use for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
3. Communication:
   • Clear verbal and written communication skills for team management and guest interactions.

   • Maintain a professional appearance when representing the resort and interacting with guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in reservations management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with reservation software and systems.
