Duties
Facilitate Weekly Community Based Meeting
Provide support and help develop plans for young parents seeking support
Meet with students to offer direct parenting resources and support
Participate in activities that the program offers which promote healthy strong families using Strengthening Families concepts
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Social work, human services, or similar field.
Experience facilitating groups
Familiarity with NH resources that support families with young children
Strong understanding of childhood development
Strong organizational skills
Strong Professional Boundaries
Trauma Informed

Prior work with parents with young children
Motivational Interviewing
Parent Education facilitator
