Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various types. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.

Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare the surface for new installation
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines and building codes
- Clean up job sites and dispose of debris properly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in challenging environments

Skills:
- Experience in roof restoration, masonry, metal stud framing, or maintenance person work is a plus
- Knowledge of plumbing systems related to roof installations is beneficial
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools required for roofing projects
- Familiarity with tile laying, fabricating, and welding techniques is advantageous
