Job Mission:

The Account Manager will under direct supervision, apply organizational policies and procedures to resolve routine issues and customer inquiries. Work on problems of moderate scope and complexity. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data. Also, develop skills to act as the primary liaison between customers, sales staff, subcontractors, and operations. Use sound judgment, tact, discretion, close attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential characteristics. The ability to learn quickly and a willingness to welcome new challenges is indispensable.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Project is completed meeting the strict deadline set by the customer.
• Customer is 100% satisfied with the final installed product.
• Customer is 100% satisfied with communication and execution of the Account Manager.
• Project is completed meeting the minimum overall profit margins.
• Learns how to develop, coordinate, and implement programs and services in support of area technical expertise, which includes identifying customizations requested by the customer and how to translate what the local technician/subcontractor has noted for specific jobs

Product Manager Qualifications:

• Analyze project plans to locate window treatments.
• Analyze project costs after completion to ensure minimum profit margins were met.
• Enters projects for Key Account Manager
• Utilize Roll-A-Shade CRM to manage all aspects of projects from start to finish.
• Utilize Roll-A-Shade quoting module to generate pricing based on takeoff reports.
• Utilize Roll-A-Shade manufacturing software to schedule window treatment production.
• Coordinate with Procurement to verify stock of raw materials and schedule ordering if necessary.
• Coordinate with Installation to schedule measure, service and install of local projects.
• Coordinate with National Subcontractors to schedule measure, service and install of non-local projects.
• Coordinate with Graphics to proof artwork and schedule printed shade production.
• Work independently and carry out projects to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet strict construction deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Assists with follow-ups

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
